Audrey Joyce Murrell

Audrey Joyce Murrell, age 78, went to rest with the Lord Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Audrey professed salvation at a young age at Stone Mountain Baptist Church, where she remained a member. Audrey was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil & Jess Harris; brother, J.H. Harris; sisters, Jessie Barker, Thelma Burton, Anna Lee Brummitte & Eula Mae Nichols and half-brother, Tommy Lawson. Audrey enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.Audrey is survived by; Her life companion and best friend; Carl Parks Her grandson, whom she raised and loved as a son; Clayton Johnson Her daughters & sons-in-law; Tonya & Gerald Seal and Tammy & Jeff Johnson Carl’s children, whom she loved as her own; Angela (Kenneth) Rasnic and Dustin (Misty) Parks Her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly; Peyton Murrell, Braden Seal, Colton Seal, Parker Rasnic, Morgan Rasnic & Dalla Parks Her sister; Helen Louise Reed Several nieces and nephews And many friends she made along the way.The family will receive friends from 2 P.M. to 4 P.M. on Sunday, February 11, 2024 at the McNeil Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 4 P.M. Rev. Jamey Burton & Rev.
