Jacqueline Wilson

Jacqueline Merle Wilson (Granny), age 87, formally of Morristown, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones. Jacqueline worked 30 plus years at various manufacturers in the Morristown area as a seamstress. She was a member of Stoney Gap Baptist Church and professed faith in Christ at an early age. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 46 years, Lon Wilson; parents, James Mitchet & Nettie Mae Trent; brothers, Kermit Carter & Donald Blain Trent and sisters, Loriane Green, Louise Greer, Joyce Burgin & LaVerne Trent She is survived by; Sister; Gerry Pat Mowry (David) Children; Tony Wilson of Sneedville, Lischa (Jim) Painter of Tazewell & Greg (Beverly) Wilson of Whitesburg Grandchildren; Chase & Braydon Wilson, Tiffany Wilson, Chasity Brewer and Arron Wilson, Bradley (Jessy) Wilson, Brittany (Zach) Shell and Neal Painter Great-Grandchildren; Emi & Ellison Wilson, Everly Hodges, Lily Mae Shell, Makala Shelton, and Kaitlyn Brewer She had a host of loving nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews, cousins and friends that she loved dearly. A special thanks to Smoky Mountain Hospice, to all the nurses, caregivers and all that helped her in her time of need.
